Available Services

Aberdeen Area and Edgewood Area Child Development Center Outreach Program The Aberdeen Area and Edgewood Area Child Development Centers offer full-day care for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The center offers trained staff, balanced meals, and age-appropriate developmental activities.

Family Child Care Family Child Care (FCC) is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment in the warmth and comfort of a family setting. FCC certified homes are located in APG housing and off-post in Harford and Cecil Counties. The FCC program offers flexible care options: full-time, extended hour care, part-time, hourly, PT care, and main-streamed special needs care. FCC homes offer small group care, special attention to your child, bilingual capabilities, providers trained in 13 competency based area and providers trained in CPR/first aid.

Relocation Assistance Program Focuses on ensuring that support and assistance is available for inbound and outbound military personnel and their family members.

School Age Services The School Age Services program provides before and after school care for school-age children 1st through 5th grade with enriched, age-appropriate, child-centered activities. The SAS/Youth centers hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

School Liaison Services Provides access for parents, children and youth, schools, commanders and communities to a wide range of resources that facilitate school transitions.

Middle School/Teens Program Aberdeen Middle School and Teen Program (MS/T) provides before and after school, evening and weekend options for children in 6th through 12th grade. Enriched age-appropriate activities are planned.
